Thought I’d throw my two cents in.
BATTLECROSS (my phone auto-corrects them to all caps. Same with HATEBREED) are from Flint, Michigan, and are one of my all time favorite bands.
Their tune goes hard, and the mix of screeching and growling from Gumby sounds fantastic.
They’re also the best people to hang around with. Before and after each of their shows, they’re hanging out in the pit, or by the bar talking with everyone.
I’ve seen them so many times, they remember me now (humble brag). But every time they talk to me or the fans, they repeatedly thank us for supporting them. Good band, great guys.

HATEBREED and Agnostic Front are like that for me, I’ve met both bands a bunch of times, enough that they recognize me at shows and stuff...

Jasta seems like a genuinely good guy. I listen to his podcast, and always sounds like he would be great to hang out with.

He’s so friendly. I love how he tours with such a wide range of metal genres. I’ve seen him with Cannibal Corpse, Napalm Death, Terror, everything from melodic hardcore to o9ld-school death metal and everything in between. He’s just a huge music FAN, so his podcast is always interesting. He just had Devin Townsend on, which was cool...
